The Client Success Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to their client portfolio. The person in this role is expected to maintain the highest service standards expected of Elevated Resources. The responsibilities require the Client Success Manager to establish excellent working relationships and rapport with the client and the Elevated Resources service team. The Client Success Manager is expected to maximize revenue, profitability and client satisfaction. This role requires thought leadership through the leveraging of analytics and market research to drive success.
The Client Success Relationship Manager will provide customer service to all constituents within their assigned client accounts including hiring managers, client HR and talent partners, agency partners and contingent workers. The Client Success Relationship Manager will oversee the tactical staffing components of the account including requirements management, timekeeping operations, pay exceptions, reporting administration, data accuracy in our online supplier collaboration tool through auditing processes, and supporting program initiatives as assigned by the Client Success Manager.
